Child’s Pose (Balasana) - Easy: This resting pose helps calm the mind and body, releasing tension and stress. It is generally accessible to beginners and provides relaxation and stress relief.

Mountain Pose (Tadasana) - Easy: A fundamental standing pose that helps with posture and grounding. It is typically easy for beginners and promotes physical and mental steadiness.

Reclining Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana) - Easy to Moderate: Opens up the hips and stimulates the abdominal organs, enhancing circulation in the pelvic area. It is accessible to beginners, though some may need support if they experience discomfort.

- Start with Mountain Pose. Stand tall, feet hip-width apart, and take deep breaths for 1-2 minutes.
- Ease into the Child’s Pose. Sit back on your heels, fold forward, and relax for 1-2 minutes.
- Transition to Reclining Butterfly. Lie on your back, bring the soles of your feet together, and relax as your knees fall to the sides.
- Move into Bridge Pose. Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your hips, holding the pose for several breaths.
